Miss Ayala is a diversity and inclusion trainer with twenty five years of experience as a facilitator. Topics include but not limited to mental health, identity, bullying, poverty, school climate, DEIB, POC inclusion, microaggressions, cultural competency, intersectionality, and an umbrella of the "isms" such as classism, sexism, racism, ageism and ableism.
